Karl is considered on of the
hardest Trials. He has the ability to knock out all of your units in one or two
turns. I’m creating a guide on how to beat Karl and how to save you a bunch of
energy.
First thing we need know about the
trial is it requires at least 50 energy. This can become quite expensive when
running the trial more than once. This god will teach you how to beat Karl on
your first try. This is the first trial that many people face, and they do not
have a team or tactics on how to finish a trial. A trial allows you to get an
exclusive unit i.e. Karl. When facing
the trials you can bring up to three teams with you, it is important on what
units you bring.
Now let me know the basics of
trials, we can move onto preparations used to be Karl. Karl is a water type, he
can use water, thunder, and earth attacks. Bringing water units or fire units
is suicide. The best types of unit to bring are Thunder, you can do double
damage against him since he’s a water type, and receive half damage when uses
earth attack. The items that should be brought are Health potions, revive,
attack buffs, defense buffs, and something to help boost your BB gauge.
Unit Requirements:
·
All units must have at least 5000 health.
·
The defense of all units should be at least 1500
·
The attack should be over 1500 as well
·
All units should be Thunder type
Units Skill Requirements:
·
Bring at least 1 unit that can raise the attack
for all units
·
Bring at least 1 unit that can reduce the damage
taken
·
Bring 2 units that can do heavy damage
·
Bring at least 1 healers
·
Your Friend unit should be a BB booster
Team Requirements:
·
Your first team, should be the one listed above
·
Your second team, should be damage
o At
least 4 units should be able to do heavy attack
o Friend
unit should still be a BB booster
o The
last unit should be a healer
·
Your third team, should be filler, any unit that
you can fit
o Option
1: more attack unit to end to fight
o Option
2: health units to bring him down slowly
These are the required units, Karl can do heavy attacks and
has a lot of health, so being these units is essential.
Karl will have two forms, his first
form is heavy attack based, and his second is a mix of attack and health.
First Form:
·
His health is at 200,000
·
He will use an attack that can do damage to all
units
o Will
spam for 3 times, every 5 turns
·
When he is at half health, he will boost his
attack power by 2 fold
·
When his health is at less than 10% he will use
his BB attack
o BB
will bring all units health down to 1
This first form of Karl is easy to
handle if you know what to do. This health will not recover so attacking often
is your best strategy. Make sure you are counting every turn; he can end your
game after your 5th turn since he can spam a single attack. When it
is your 5th turn the best thing to do is put all of your units are
guard, this will ensure they will survive. Keep doing attacking him until his
health is just before half, then use all of your BB specials, but make sure you
have boosted they attack and defense. This should send his health well past the
50% marker and into the red. Karl will attack you then, but since you will have
full health and a defense buff, it will not matter. Once his health is brought
down to less than 10%, he will use is BB attack, you all of your unit will be
brought down to 1 health, nothing can be done about this. DO NOT HEAL YOUR
UNITS. I know that everyone wants to heal their units since they have low
health, but his last attack is designed to make you use health potions. Simple
attack him with all of your units, it will bring his health down to 0, and he
will revive himself. After some dialogue between you and Karl, he will recover
all of the health he lost, and your units will get their health back as well.
Second Form:
·
Karl will have full health. 500,000 HP
·
Focuses more on attack and defense
o Until
250,000 HP
·
Focuses on health and recovery after losing half
health
·
Uses same move set from first form
·
Can steal health every attack
Using the same method for beating
his first form is recommended, making sure to count every turn, and using guard
when is needed. Make sure that none of your unit’s health fall below 2,000.
Karl will single out this unit, and keep attacking it until it does one health.
While attacking the single unit, Karl will be stealing all the health. Is
important not to keep that unit below 2000 health, since Karl will use it to
heal. Keep attacking and recovering your health, until he is nearly at half
health, after which you should use your BB attack for all units bring his health
down to 40ish.
After having the second form of
Karl health reduced to 250000, he gets annoying. Since Karl can recover his
health, every other turn it is important to use attack buffs and keep unit above
2000 health. This portion of the fight is almost agonizing since it takes a
very long time. For most people they can
attack up to 10000 damage, but Karl will recover 5000 to 7000. This can lead to
a long flight, one way of preventing this is by letting your original team die
and using your back up attack team. This is strategy are used, you can do a lot
more damage without having to worry about your health, since Karl will heal no
matter what. This will most likely brings health down all the way until he
dies. If you have followed this guide, you should beat Karl with your second
team. If you manage to lose all of second team units, bring out the third team
keep doing what you did for the first form.
Congratulations, you have beat
Karl, one of the rarest units in the game. Use him in your team and watch as he
blows away though enemy units.
